Home History Certificates In March of 2020, Hugh Cassidy, Ni-dan in Daito-Ryu Aikibudo, was awarded the priviledge of operating the Fudoshin Dojo of Cleveland, Ohio, USA, as a member of the Daitokai International under the leadership of Antonino Certa Shihan of Milan, Italy. Because of this, the dojo is a member of Takeda's Samurai Clan.
After a break of about 16 months due to the pandemic, the Fudoshin Dojo of Cleveland, located at the Metzenbaum Center in Chesterland, Ohio, under Dojo-Cho - Hugh Cassidy, and Sempai - Josh Peterson,, will resume operations sometime around July 1, 2021.
The Fudoshin Dojo is also a member of the United Self Defense Fedeation under Soke Bob Fields. In the USDF, Hugh Cassidy is the Director of Aiki Jutsu, and Josh Peterson is Director of Goshin Aikido.
Classes
Beginning in July 2021, classes will resume at the Metzenbaum Center on Cedear Road in Chesterland, Ohio. Class times will be:
Monday: 6:30 - 8:00 pm
Wednesday: 6:30 - 8:00 pmThe cost for participation is FREE. Everyone is welcome!
